the Ft and the sump together there will be over 1400L

You need to balance the requirements; "to have a good amount of fish" requires having a lot of GB volume to provide filtration for those fish, and having a lot of GB volume requires a lot of water to be taken from one location in the system and transported to the GBs, but then you cannot have a "good amount of fish" out of water if you've pumped the FT dry or drained the fingerling tank.

Don't worry about the fancy computer tools just yet, do it the old fashioned way; grab some paper and a pencil to draw the side elevation view, thinking specifically of the water levels in the ST and FT when the GBs are all fully flooded and the volumes of water required to flood the GBs (the instant before they start draining/siphoning any water to the ST) and how the location of the plumbing between the ST and the FT affects the water levels in one/both of those tanks (if you're convinced of using a timed/draining system).

The design process can be the longest part, it can take longer to design a system than to build it.

Only you know what the limitations of your site are, the limits on the equipment you have and want, and what you want the system to do, so grab that piece of paper and a pencil and start designing. Have a read of the IBC of AP for inspiration and ideas; there are thousands of member system threads too.

There's nothing actually wrong with the design you have already posted, but you're going to have the system constantly flooded. This is not an issue so long as you have a pump constantly pumping well oxygenated water to the roots of the plants. But, you don't need a massive pump so it's quite cheap to run, and you may not need an aerator so you can save a few more dollars. You will always need some sort of backup/contingency system.

all ready have the back up systim ready 2x 12v 500 Gh pumps on a 240v dead swich attach to a 120 amp hour battery should last about 24 house and will have sola panl in the close Futura.

Thats one thing i need to know what size pump would i need?

The generally accepted rule of thumb is a pump big enough to move all of the system water through the filtration media about once per hour; although there's limitations with this.

If you've got 1500L of water, you can either pump continuously with a 1500lph pump, or pump for 30 mins per hour with a 3000lph pump, or for 15 mins per hour with a 6000lph pump; depends on a few other factors too.

Plus you can have a mix of autosiphon beds and CF beds like I have in two of my systems. Your plan looks good to me so just build it and start playing with the different flooding types and you will soon get to know how your system is working.

building it is not that easy its been raining her for the last few days and meant to for the next week and i still have to organiz the hothouse

Also remember when you bury ibc tanks you must have them buried in there cages and also have some old corrugated iron or similar around the cage. This stops the soil contact with the bladder and possible crushing of said bladder
