canned one batch of green tomato pickle a couple of days ago using apple cider vinegar which looks and tastes pretty good, then found the wilds eze sauce this morning so ill have a go with that today.

Both recipes have been sitting in the cupboard for over a month now, and the first jar of each has taken pride of place on this weeks ham cheeses and pickle sangas :) Both tasting pretty sensational but theres plenty of flavour in the wilds recipe - cheers mantis! A great way to use up tommies before the bugs get to them!
