Thanks Tom, have started the shade structure over the beds. Every time I get set up another squall comes through. Such is life and tomorrow is another day. Cheers

Had the Telstra tech here yesterday, he replaced a couple of connections and sockets. Said combined with the exchange problems this was causing my problems so I trust it is all fixed and I can update some photos.

Have connected a second sump just to ensure a good water supply for the pump, will most likely try some eel tail catfish in there next Summer. Also moved my original sump over one way by 500 mm. This allows me to move around the sump area without having to go back and around the water tanks. Something to do with the gap between the sump and water tank in proportion to my waist line.

Have the main supports for my shade up and just have to add the supports and I will be ready for the shade house material and shade cloth.

Been busy doing all the gardens and that is taking a fair bit of my time. Sun has been shining so can no longer put it off. Also built the good wife a 3 meter wide quilting frame so there is peace and quite in the household now. Cheers

Hi Rob Kang kong sitting under one of the inlets to the bed and going well, still have to work out a place for it and the other seedlings. Bf should be up here this arvo so will pas on the message.

Rob was the line from the solid filter to the digester 1" and what was the fitting on the bottom of it inside the solid filter. I missed that part, thanks.

No the 40 mm is from the solid filter to the Bio inlet. The one I was interested in is the one on the bottom back two tanks which appears to be 25 mm.

Going to put a solid filter and digester on my main system and then move the digester over to the fish farm when set up. Only need the one digester and moving it over will give me more room near the main system. Thanks appreciate the help.

I know that you meant Blind Freddy when you said BF, but here in the states, BF is text speak for boyfriend. Not that I would be judging or anything...

Been a few weeks but then again a couple of months with no decent internet connect. Still not as good as it should be for this area and that can only lay at the exchange and lines end now. Took Telstra five weeks to contact me over my complaint about the lying and bad service as well as a few other things. Had to still fight to get my full refund for the extra cost and down time. No compensation for my loss of time.

Still had rain over the last few weeks and last night a good cold front came through. Fish tank down to 14 c this morning so no sign of the fish. Hoping blind freddie will be here Saturday to give me a hand to put the hot house cover up. Hoping that will keep some heat in the system. Started to line some of the structure but can not fully enclose, will see how it goes. Hoping to update photos soon.

Hope every one has a good weekend. Cheers

Tank water down to 21, Ambient inside shed is 19. So, looks like going to do the job on them next week (seeing you have the weekend already booked). With outside temps starting to get down to single digits overnight wont be long before tank temps drop off.

Internet. We live in a brand new subdivision, but they didn't put enough lines in for everyone to have broad band. They were out of lines three years ago when we moved in and there are still more houses going up. Mr Abbotts network won't help us, as it will stop at the entry to the estate. Had to go wireless instead.
