System Update:

It is no longer....the local council wrote me a nice letter demanding removal of system and greenhouse..(seems someone has to much time on their hands and dosen't like others having something they don't).
Took 2 days to dismantle and clean up area.

Have moved the Silver Perch to a 1 bed system in the backyard. Not alot of sun but will do until we move.
This system has been a fantastic learning model.

Thanks for all the support from BYAP members. :D

I went to see the area manager for this region, AFTER I had already spoken with the building inspector, and he gave the OK, for our lovely Lady, to ask me to submit my intentions, for her approval. NO WAY, NO DAY, if the building inspectors say its cool, councils have no ground for qualms

So what was the councils reasons? would have thought if you made it passed the body corp you were home............may they slip while trimming their nose hairs and cut off their tongues..........

Hi LB
I have to say that really sucks. i hate busybodies that stick their oar in..they should get a life
I would have asked the other neighbours to get in touch with the Body Corporate to see if they could add some weight in your favour. I just can`t see how the BC can say having a pond and a veg garden makes you into a business..wouldn`t you have to be selling something?
Its good to hear you still have something up and running, i wish you a speedy house move to somewhere with much better neighbours :)

Don`t let the buggers get you down.
