Doesn't sound good.
One expects concrete to settle a bit but it sounds like you've had some major movement.
Be interesting to see the pics.
Sorry to hear.

What a pain! I guess you have already learned a lesson.
Whenever you build stuff like that, it is a good idea to use Galvanized Mesh Poultry Netting from inside and outside of the wall that goes cross the bottom before you cover it with concrete. It is kind of costly, but it holds so good.
Many years ago, We built a big pool for my uncle's farm above the ground 3 meters high, we used few layers of Galvanized Mesh Poultry Netting 20 gauge from inside and the outside of cement blocks, then concreted floor and walls from both sides. He had minor leak issues few places. After few years, he got the whole thing Rhino spray coated. No leaks any more.
I assume you got something like Rhino there too?

Are you human?: Some Time

Someone was surprised when see my round mortar fish tank, why it's not broken.
He told me that he know a rectangular water tank made from mortared concrete block has been broken when children jump in to the water tank for swimming.

Concrete has high compressive strength but low tensile strength. So iron reinforcement necessary in some situation.
Much easier to reinforce a round tank. In rectangular tank you need to know where are the tensions.

+1
I had steel reinforcement on my tanks in Surin on every course.
It still leaked, but it never cracked.

The walkway in number five above was not cracked or pulled apart before the break. This walkway runs across the end of the two rows of GBs.

number seven. I think five and six are the same. However there where no cracks in any of the walkways before, now plenty.
