Do you mean the long narrow roled up paper kind? You can get them at supermarkets. What ingredients do they use? Are you planning to feed them to the fish?

No not the roled up ones they are about 300x100mm .and not fish food.

Parsnip's in perlite growth rate. feed the fish and the plants grow.root looks as good as the tops.

Parsnip's diferent angle.gravel is only 1cm thick stops sunlite geting to the perlite and discolouring it.

Cucumbers in ap system excelent crop,gave the basil a good cut back and planted more letuce.
