This is what they look like

pretty sure I have seen them under $100 each at Bunnings and K Mart. Do a search online and you might find a cheaper online supplier. I bought one of ebay two years ago for my front verandah before they were available in B and KM and it freighted fine. Has stood up to the weather great as well.

Plants and fish fine, pH 7.2, Amm 1 Rites 1 Rates 10-20 temp 9c, don't know what is lifting things, looks like trout are on a diet, daughter turned system off to vacuum car  for 4 hours, but the OTTO and expensive rechargables saved her arse and has been freezing, water has been down to 7c so suspect the temp playing with things a bit, but can't fix that problem yet, am about to harvest the radish, so stand by for pic of first edible thing being eaten from new system, and my mate old man emu will be with me as well :drunken:

I have eaten my first produce from the new system  and a pic to prove it
Also pic of vegie growth and also pic of the big difference in water levels when pump is on, trout are in the lower level tank.
Adding another skylight today, (oh no that voice in my head again "working on AP again, when are you going to do the other............") veggies will be pleased
