After all the dramas I'm lucky enough to be going to Perth tomorrow(with Outbackozzie) to pick up a test kit and the day after we pick up our fish and scramble back to Kal.
The thing is I was thinking of getting 50 SP to join the 11 goldies i have in the 1500 liter tank, I am now thinking of getting 100.
I have 800L of grow beds running and another pipe (without medium)I'm setting up tomorrow before we leave ( that should host nearly 25 plants ) and I still need to bring the FBT's on line ( another 24 Strawbs ).

Does anyone think this is unrealistic? The only reason for getting an extra 50 SP is the difficulties of obtaining fish e.g. Distances ergo travel times, Fish stress etc.

1500 litres should be able to support 100 x 500g fish if you keep the nitrate low - from my browsing the forum in the last 1/2 hour

OB, yeh they should be o.k i think but will work it out in the next coupla days

As long as you dont overfeed, that should be a decent amount of fish/water/gb ratio ...
