Hi Guys and Gals,

HELP! I'm being absolutely smashed by slugs and snails!!
I've tried beer traps (90mm PVC end cap filled with beer) which does get a couple per day - however they are not fixing the issue.

Seedlings are being stripped of all leaves and just a green stick is left..

Any suggestions? Snail bait inside a trap so its not in contact with the system?

Just in a container or something on the growbeds? where do the slugs/snails die off (ie it wont pollute my system?)

My system is inside a greenhouse so not accessible from animals.. wondering if any old snail/slug bait will be fine

Anything other than beer or multiguard I wouldnt put in dishes on the growbeds but on the ground only. Nasty stuff in some of them

I'll second that with multigaurd - it is great stuff.

I tend to put it on the ground as well.

Just go outside with a torch at late evening to see where they are coming from.

Temperature and/or sunlight would also affect your system.
