Wow JT, that looks incredible mate. I've got three in, one small one on the verandah and two in the old dirt garden. Of the two in the dirt garden, one is going great,. the other not so well - i'm sure i've managed to get a hold in the liner somewhere as its going through twice the water of the good one! Might be digging it up and re-laying a new liner in it soon!

sorry for long delay in answering this... been off site for a while trying to get other things done....

ya you have to make sure nothing is in the media that could puncture the liner..... I use 6mil black plastic
and clean sand.....

The first one I built has a problem.... where the pipe comes through the liner... I think the silicone wasnt completely cured so my water lvl is a little low in that one... but everything is growing great...

good lluck with those beds.....

Fantastic looking set up there JT, Inspirational stuff indeed. :notworthy:

I will certainly be infringing on your copyright with those at some stage.

Sadly hardwood pallets are a bit hard to come by in our area, only the crappy pine ones readily available and the termites love them

Excellent work.

Some wb are on my list as well for stuff which didn't take off in the ap. But I am not that skilled in wood work, so I will use ibcs with milk crates instead.

Cheers

I only have one made with the pallets.... was a lot of work taking them apart.... so I have switched over to old recycled deck boards 1" (25mm). they only need top and bottom rail.... so much faster to construct.....
