I'd like a bit Faye if there's some going. I was wondering if it would become invasive in a GB was thinking of putting some in my bathtub wicking bed.

Is that pumpkin flowering in that pic?

The lemon grass is almost half as wide as the bed and reaches the patio roof. I am hoping I planted it in a basket to make removal easier, it does do well even in poor soil, so I will keep only a small plant in the growbed and divide regularly, because I like it close to my back door for ease of harvesting. Keep a look out Matt for when I pot up the lemon grass and I wil have some for you.

The pumpkin is from seeds that I collected last season when we grew a variety at the shop. I think it is called "turks turban".

The little pumpkin with a funny looking cap, the flavour was delightful and worth saving. I have two fruits on the vine and a ton of flowers. Others failed because I suspect the rats have been eating them along with the passionfruit off the vine. The vine is really taking off now that the days are no longer in the forties and the recent rains have also helped. Looks like I will have another opportunity to save some seeds this year.

have any of you ever heard of using down spouts .. drill holes in the down spouts put ends on it and plumb it like you do for an aerioponic system..

You should see the photos I haven't posted.
There's more that have not yet been seen. Seamonkey challenged me for some "aquapornics" photis and I've only spent 3 hours today finding some. Still 1000s more to sift through.
