yeah Joyce, when I 1st looked at my photos I saw those "potential fish tanks" just sitting there, bit of lining and a bobcat -cut some in half for grow beds - ah

They have all kind of uses, from ponds to greenhouses. How great would that be.

poor little dirt veggies, all neglected now that daddy has a new love!

cheese & kisses heads out 1st thing every morning to inspect both and reports back, she's impressed in the difference in 1 week - still haven't got the okay to go big(ger) yet tho

I'm lucky, because of the free tank, I get to start out big, and keep trying to find more grow beds!

yeh - I envy you, but the fun(panic) is still ahead of you - take Monya and his babies as an example, his is going to be one hell of a journey to follow for the next couple of weeks

yeah, I think though we won't be stocking as heavily as that though. I'm thinking only (only!) 250 silvers in 10000 will be enough to start us out.

My next one will comfortably hold 100 (minimum bulk order) and add growbeds as the fish mature, the thing with big tanks is the amount of water changes whilst cycling esp if it needs a 50%er - aaah!

had another lovely surprise this morn, threw in some bean seeds last weekend and 2 are already shoving their heads up - I had forgotten all about them - AP is real cool

Doesn't really sound like it's worth mucking around with seedlings given having to wash the dirt off and how much they cost compared to seeds, if seeds are going to germinate so well in this system
