not bad, had the choice of fitting it ON the trailer and being with in the wheel arches or one side in the trailer and over hanging the left, but much mroe secure. too the latter option ;)

Steve, my stands aren't made with any 45s.. I'd email you a pic if the buggers hadn't stolen all my cameras.. Faye might be able to take a picture and send it through if you like.

I have simply been overlapping the corners as the beds have no corners on them it doesn't seem to matter and it makes it soooo much easier. then I weld the legs on the outside, I reckon that makes them a lot more rigid and stronger than welding the legs on to the bottom.

Can you place a block of timber behind the steel to push it into the line of the dropsaw to make the cutting easier?

We had the shop broken into last week.. Cut the perimeter fence, smashed an external door the rifled through all draws and cupboards and made off with 2 digital cameras and my video camera.... :? We are now fixing the broken alarm system here, and the dodgy door is replaced with something that will hopefully break their foot next time...

5 weeks ago, I arrived home after a long day here at work to find my house was broken into.. Stole all sorts of electrical equipment including external hard drives with back ups of all AP stuff, plus cash and other bits n pieces... I'm on a run of good luck.. :?
