Question, do you plan to have fish tank under cover?
conserve water loss from evaporation.
prevent little man going for a paddle and not getting out,
leaves and debris getting into system

very jealous though

Yes, The plan is to have the fish tank in an enclosed/fenced area set up as a fernery with shade mesh over top

Well OCD is a possibility! My wife was concerned that IBC garden beds would look "industrial" so I promised her that I would make them a sort of garden feature and blend/match house
