Christina, why not start your system using a 200 litre HDPE plastic drum with the top cut off and some goldies or feeder fish in it. Pump the water to one GB set up and drain back to the 200 L drum (sink it in the ground if you like, or use it on its side with a hole in the top side.)
This will start the system cycling so that when your tank and fish arrive it will rapidly adjust to the higher ammonia loading.
