Hi Steve i think the larger fish need a 500 or more litre tank for transport with oxygen as well . anyway we are going to fix it.

Yes steve amonia level very high we new nearly straight away that things were not good on monday they were reder in color than a red salmon

personally i think that its nitrites. Emirs fish were ok after getting them home, but his nitrites went over 5ppm and plus he has very low DO in his tank. Then the redness appeared.

I guess even if you have 02 saturation the amount of water is important in transport because of the ammonia.

yeah spose so lol....i think the trout were attackin one of the smaller ones coz it was missing parts of its tail ans some skin, i reckon they knocked the pipe coming out of the tank into the gb and seperated it so every fill cycle wouldda drained the tank
