This is my test system and is only about 25 gal reservoir and a total of maybe 40 gal. I used my baby cloth diaper and apparently had plenty of baby pee :) . Which makes portion control hard. I might need to get some liquid amonia.

Well I definitely don't recommend using anything that came in contact with human feces without taking pains to make sure the e-coli is killed off. Bottling and aging urine can allow the urea to convert into ammonia while also killing off the e-coli that is present on everyone's skin that gets into urine.

So when I was running a barrel ponics system it probably only took about 50 ml of aged urine from an adult to dose that original 50 gallon system. Of course the exact amount needed will vary depending on the person and how strong or dilute their urine is. I drink huge amounts of water so my pee is probably pretty dilute most of the time. Some one else who doesn't drink enough water might have far stronger urine. I have no idea how strong baby pee is.
