So I finished planting my 3 beds.


I was at Lowes and they were selling these 50 gallon rain barrels for $10 each (marked down form $70) so I have one with my bluegill, one with fathead minnows and a pump cycling the water from the other fish tank with my catfish and the bluegill I was unable to catch in it. Plan to add more grow beds since the plants seem happy for now. Supplementing the plants with BioBloom when they start looking yellow. (an organic seaweed based fertilizer) Feeding Purina Big Game food and goldfish flakes.

PH is around 7 in the fish tank and 8 in the grow beds. Water temps vary from 65 in the morning to 75 in the afternoon. Adding my 125w compact fluorescent to the setup when my new bulb arrives.
