Did a test print yesterday. I'm rusty on 3D printers, this one is new to me, but this is 1/4 the size and took a half hour to make. Full size should look a lot better and take forever.

I have blown through it and it didn't make any noise. After I tried someone else blew through it after taking a big drag off a vaporizer. Very interesting effect. Looked like steam escaping off a leaky pipe.

I wonder what effect you would get hooking that quarter sized eductor to an airline under water...

Airline with air or airline with water in it?

I do have a small pump that may take airline tubing in it. Video?

Airline tubing with air. My hypothesis is that the air will entrain with water in the eductor and create a nice jet of oxygenated water.

Didnt work too well. I used my strongest air pump I have at 2L a hour. Just kind of bubbled out the end. I can see why you may have thought of that as kind of the same way a airlift works maybe?

OK it does give a nice jet of air into the water if you run a tube into the back of the funnel but still feeding it off water pump.

Changed the design just a little bit. Now it will actually fit 1" pipe and the scaleded down one wil fit 1/2" pipe.

"Printed" in white ABS, PLA would not have the durability since it can biodegrade and not sure how that would be with the fish eventually. ABS had the durability, but harder to print.

This one is currently on my turtle tank. I will have a video on it soon. I see food get sucked in from the surface to behind it and into the stream. It's very gentle on a Fluval 306.
