Yeah  - I woulda just looked at the fish - if they're still swimming, there's probably no 240v current flowing through the water !

Ditto on the new avatar !

chili, we were testing in the pump shop's workshop... no fish there... just a testing bath.

But Fish seem to handle it OK, as they are higher resistance than the water, and do not provide a shorter path to ground. It probably tickles a little with capacitance, but no real danger.

Hi KudaPucat - can I ask a favour? I am about to start drawing up my system and need the external measurements of an IBC. Would you be able to help me out with that? :D

Sure mate, but it appears Matty beat me to it ;-)

the plastic is less than a metre in one direction, and so must be slightly more int the other two to make up for it.

I found mine to be 1200 high including pallet, 1200 wide and 1000 or so long...
That's from memory, but it's good enough for you, as I'd be surprised if the size was bigger than that.

Thanks for that.

At least I have a place to start from. Will try to have some working drawings up by the end of the week.
Will start a new thread under Members systems when I do.

Hamish,
Both. Have got 3D for them (all as solids) but I thought the 2d would be more usefull.
Will compile 1 DWG file with all 2D and 3D bits and pieces (I will save them back as Release 2004) if you can use them? Quite happy to share.

Cheers IanK

Hi Ian,

DWG would be great. I use Vectorworks which is .mcd but can import DWG and DXF's.

That will save me a few hours work. I will Pm you my e-mail address.

Cheers :occasion5:

Right now Ian, not so much use to me... but in the future... perhaps. I've just had my house drawn in ACAD and would love to add the AP when it's all done...

Sounds like some building work is not too far away
