Nice JT, shame about the fish tank splitting, was that the plastic of the tank that split? Was it where you had cut in the water spout?

Nice system. I'm really interested to see what you come up with for a concrete sump and how you do it.

Supposed to have a few days without rain.... so got out this morning... and moved some dirt...

since space is limited between the heat pump and the FT's, I had to move the dirt that has be taken out of the hole so I can take the rest out....

dug a deeper hole and put the sump pump in to try and speed up the drying process....

File comment: Tight Quarters.. so have to move the existing dirt pile to make room for the rest of the dirt I need to dig out.....

I don't envy your luck with rain and holes. At least our soil is so sandy that water generally vanishes in a day and the sand is dry the day after, not bad for digging but hard for gardening.

well was ready to finish the hole, as it was dry enough and guess what

IT RAINED!!!! :upset:

we were supposed to have some minor thunder storms.. with 25 mph wind speed
they didnt say it was to gust to over 60 mph....

so some minor damage to the outdoor system.... pics below

the 2 bed starter system and greenhouse system - no damage....

Doh.
didn't realize you would have to train the young pooch to fetch greenhouse covers!!!

We got some breezy conditions and a little rain today so far but not as much as I was expecting. And it hasn't cooled it off here as much as they were saying, well at least not yet.
