Yea it is Velcro, good eyes peeps. It comes in a roll and you can cut to desired lengths. I'm going to say I think I found it at bummings years ago but I'm not real sure sorry. I'm nearly through the roll so will be looking out for it again soon. It's pretty dam handy for tying plants like pictured.... And reusable!

Looks much easier than the stocking material i use. It does the job well, but requires both hands to tie it.

It is called "One Wrap." I like to use it instead of zip ties when I am organizing wires. Never thought about it for plants though...
