Takes me back to my construction years, walking on rafters, custom cutting OSB, nail guns. Nice work. Looking forward to seeing more.

I'm hoping to start cutting and installing the polycarbonate panels this weekend. It will be a great feeling to finally have this thing enclosed!

Actually, it's been quite warm for the season. It hit 60 on Sunday. Almost too hot to work outside! :D This weekend will be nicer, high around 45. ;-)

Good Luck getting the system for cutting the panels and putting them up down to a science. I'm sure you will have it figured by the time you get to the last one.

LOL. yeah, I'm still trying to figure out the most efficient way to do it. I thin kit will be trial and error for all 45 of them!

Maybe a few templates. You could compare the template to each section, just to see if there are no discrepancies before you cut the polycarbonate. This would also help with using the polycarbonate more efficiently if more than one section can be done on a sheet (that's pretty expensive, hate to waste it).

I will start putting the panels in this weekend. I'm guessing it will take a couple of weekends so I should be OK. Unless we get another storm like we did in October! :upset:

Google has updated their maps in our area and it has the dome foundation in it! It looks like I was in the middle of building the wall since there are still a couple of pallets of blocks in the center. Photo taken on 9/15.

Here's the next teaser video on the dome project. All is going well. I'm still scrambling to get the building enclosed before winter set in. It's getting challenging working in this weather...everything is frozen in the morning, then barely thaws during the day, making it wet and slippery.
