Jaymie, don't forget that you 2:1 ratio of growbed to tank need only be satisfied if you're running at the stocking density. If you've only got your 10,000L tank stocked with say 60kgs - 100kgs of fish then you'd only need 0.3:1 bed to tank ratio to keep nutes in balance. Add more fish as you scrounge more grow beds... make sense?

Wooo! The top is finally off the monster! It is really heavy, good thing C1 gets here tomorrow to help shift it! 8)

that will prolly happen as well, but if we can roll it, that will add to the strength of the tank. We'll rivet the hose on as well as silicone

My system is only 2000L and that took a week to dig in, in relatively good soil (nothing like that rock farm ;) )
Just mound the soil up around the tank :mrgreen:
