you probably need to add a cover / shade cloth over the pond. Algae is quick to eat up nutrients if it gets a lot of light, so the best way to avoid algae is to cover the water up so the sun doesn't get to it.

I'm tagging along to see your build -- I love the 'pond' being added for AP. That is a serious commitment to AP to add something that sized! Do you have fish in the pond, what type and how many? You need to get grow beds up and running so you can have plants start competing with the algae to eat the nutrients up to start starving the algae out.

My Profiles. I did send a pic of one of my buckets. There are three. I have 15 Koi. I still have to add an additional 4 lines. First trying to get this 4 full of plants.

I think you'll find that you are going to want to either put more space between your channels or offset them so they are not directly above each other... otherwise it will be a mess of plants overlapping and not giving each other space to grow.
