so he is essentially asking for money for home made white oil?
good luck to him and those gulible enough to send him money.

No, if you are spraying it is not "fragrance" you are smelling and no it is not safe to breathe in white oil vapour, not even when using vegetable oil, etc. Too much vapour from anything in the lungs is not good, same with smoking of anything.

Surely that is a scam, or a joke or ... something. Whatever it is, it seems like a good way to extract money from people for products that can be simply made at home or purchased from any plant nursery.
