So I built a container pond last year in my back yard out of cinder blocks. It worked well for growing aquatic plants via IBC totes and piping. This year i decided to move all the totes into my greenhouse for better climate control, and in doing so I took out 2 of my 10' cattle bunk feeders. I have one set up now, the other is waiting for some media (probably pea gravel). Anyhow, here's the system, it wasn't stupid cheap, but it was much more affordable than a professional system, and so far it's working very well.

"Professional Systems " are stupidly expensive and yet no better than most simple amateur systems..
