Hey mate,

Good question haha. Over winter last year my system went nowhere as the Perch went into winter mode and stopped eating. Basically no nutrients to speak of and no growth to speak of for months and months. I've had a bit of success with beans going nuts over summer but not much else

Perch are getting pretty big now but aren't big enough to eat. Just bought 10 trout to get me through the winter so hopefully that does me. Will attempt to get my nutrient film set up working again and if that takes off I'll be looking at an expansion!

I had some issues with pH too but that seems to be doing better now and is around 7.6 which is better than the 8 it has been for the majority of its existence

I didn't have my much luck in the aquaponics setup but some of the cherry tomatoes went nuts in my garden beds :-)
