It looks like a run of the mill nutrient deficiency. Not out of the ordinary for new systems. Tomatoes are hungry.

Look at your earlier photo and you'll see the spaces between the veins on the leaves of the tomato have darkened considerably. You're getting there just keep doing what you are with the foliar chelated iron.

I'm only seeing the Iron deficiency at this point and it's not nearly as bad. I'm not sure what Ron is seeing. Earlier I think you had some Nitrogen deficiency issues as well but those should be done with from the looks of the Nitrate levels and the leaf color.

That tomato seems to be getting worse. All of the top growth is really small and crinkly with yellow edges, some of the fronds have rolled up into little spirals!

I suspect some kind of virus or something at this point, as the other tomato that had deficiencies is now twice the size!

You may be right about it being a virus but another likely scenario is over application of ammonia which causes similar symptoms. Seems like it is fairly likely in this case.
