Probably would have been pretty good. Frog legs are a Southern US dish you can get in restaurants down along the gulf coast and neighboring states. I had them once when I was a kid. Gotta use those bull frogs for something :D

Uh, I noticed one place in Singapore that specialized in Live frog clay pot - now thats to authentic for me 8)
