:laughing3: find a sharp spike and insert it into it's brain (ike jimi) or cut through the gills bend it's head back and snap it's neck. real easy and no mess.
You can always chuck them in an ice/water slurry filled bucket to stun them first.

Little update :)

The catfish are still growing, they're about ready to harvest I think, will be taking a couple at a time, and leaving the others to grow.

Vege's have been doing well, and it looks like we'll have a bumper crop of corn in a couple of months or so.
