Mine is a continuous setup and a lot of the seeds I threw in a couple weeks ago are up now. I watered them every other day with a cup. It's a balance though because they don't need to be watered if the media is already moist from wicking or the level. I'd say you want them above the constant level, so maybe mound up the media in a little hill or temporarily move the level down if you want to.

Success! I have managed to get them to sprout up in seedling pots, which may sound like not much of an achievement, but for me, believe me it is :)

Okay, so I just made an impulse buy of 4 new IBCs... Arrhhhh, not sure what I am going to do with them now. Haha.
