Wow! Really great to see the growth and all the plants. I can see all the photos - Safari on the Mac.

Ok, its seems that all browsers I've tried except Internet Explorer can see the jpgs... sorry guys who can't see them - have you tried firefox? :dontknow:

Countryboy - very glad to hear your nitrates stay very low too! I think I fuss too much over it too... what did I plant? ... almost everything in my seed box

What went well
-Endive
-Asian greens (bok choy, choy sum, and a broccoli type that I don't know the name of)
-Lettuce
-Radish
-Beans
-Cucumbers (though they did get a pretty serious case of mildew after which I pulled them)
-Toms (a bit late in the season though - not much summer in Sydney this year)
-Nasturtium
-Basil
-Thyme
-Parsely

What didn't go well
-Celery (nothing came up... maybe the seeds were too old)
-Corn (the little cobs got covered with ant farmed aphids... these got fed to fish)
-Carrots (too densely planted... did get some good ones when it was thinned out)
-Beetroot (same issue as the carrots)
-Capsicum... don't know why. It set a few little fruit but is quite stunted and clearly unhappy - maybe it was all the stuffing around with the pH
-Vietnamese coriander... it just turned up its toes and died

I don't think there was enough nutrients for the larger vege also - the corn in particular was suffering.

Do these vege do better in time?

Right now I'm hoping to embark on a big clean up - along with finding a nice big sump... somewhere...

Cheers
Ich
