Hi all! I have been raising goldfish in a 35 gallon pond from home depot. I have a Styrofoam lid from an ice chest with Tupperware inserts that have holes drilled in them. For my medium I use black fish rocks. I also use the system to start seeds and help grow blue oyster mushrooms. If anyone would like come share ideas I would be open and willing |

Hi from Caldwell ID Currently gearing up hoping to have a system running for greens this winter. I am trying to find out what kind and types of fish are permitted here. Rather than goldfish type, I would like to have some edible fish, and even try some game fish. I have done some checking but come up empty. I have some Emails into the state fish and game, but so far not even a reply. Suggestions ? I am basically new to this, so have more questions than answers. B J |

I am from Boise, Idaho. Strap- in answer to your question fish in greenhouses and non-canal ponds are fine but you have to register the transport of them pretty much. here is a link to fish and game. |
