Hi.
I have started my own AP system diy style on the gold coast. It has been running now for nearly 8 weeks. Would like to make contact with other AP peoples from my area. :wave1:

As I posted on another thread gold fish are not the ideal fish for aquaponics especially if you are feeding gold fish pellets from the pet shop these are designed only to keep the fish alive that's all
You need to feed your fish commercial fish food m so they crap a lot

Any if those commercial foods is better you may need to slowly add it to there food they like now
If the fish are small you also may need to grind it up a bit
Are you adding seasol [not power feed]

Yes im using seasol, have had to replant a few plants that seems to slow down the growth for a week or so. I have harvested the mint lime 5 times and the basil twise already. The lettus is just a trial for me and the tomatoes are also a trail.

A friend of mine has a worm farm. Every week he has to remove worm juice from the bottom tray. Is this juice a good natural fertilizer i could add to my system?
