New to Aquaponics and have just got the perch fingerlings but not sure as to how much and how often to feed the fish.

It's usually 1-2% their body weight, twice a day. But that's hard to figure out, so give them the amount they'll eat in about 5 minutes.

And choose a feed size about the same size as their mouths.

Small fingerlings should be fed 3 times per day, and as much as they will eat at each feed. As CBB said, remove whatever they haven't eaten after 5 minutes. As they get larger you can back the feeds off to two per day, and again, as much as they'll eat in a feed.
