JeDoKahN, Did you ever find a good fish distributor for the San Antonio area? I will be in that area in about 6 months, trying to set up my first aquaponics setup, and would love any helpful local information. Also, where did you go to find your tank and the clay balls (I am assuming that is what you used in that tank from the pic)? I would love to get in contact with you if you have a Facebook account or an e-mail if you wouldn't mind sharing some of your knowledge with me. |

http://www.herrmannsfishfarm.com/-i-7.html google gave me this lead (don't know them), but where there's one there must be another! the volume you are speaking of may require you to pick them up at the hatchery....Just remember some Tilapia are not legal, and none can be transported under current texas law without a special state license....(but bluegill, catfish, shiners, bass, trout, all good) |
