table spoon and a half seems ok for 30 fingerlings, i had 20 trout and did 1 tbspoon while cycling. if you want to get it exact i know that some of the gurus will feed asmuch as they will eat in 15 or so min, some weigh a portion of the fish, calculate out the whole weight and feed 1,2 or 3% of that weight. i personalyl feed 3%, but thats in a pretty much cycled system. be careful with overfeeding in hot temps!
