Hi,
My name is Deo Magbal Jr. and i have been doing aquavermiponics (with earthworms) for the past 2 years. I use scrap materials such as: IBC tanks, water containers, etc. Several years ago, a volcano erupted in the Philippines spewing tons of lahar. I use the lahar rocks as my grow medium. Very porous and light. I grow pechay, lettuce, kangkong, herbs like mint, tarragon, basil, coriander, dill, lemon grass, gotukola and recently I proved that the dragon fruit, a cactus plant, grows well in the grow bed! My fishes are pangasius, nile tilapia, red tilapia, catfish, mudfish, koi, aquarium fishes such as swordtail, guppies, mollies. I also grow duckweeds and feed them to my tilapias, pangasius and kois.

Hello Deo,
I am visiting the Philippines at present and would really like to have a look at your system.
I am staying in San Jose Villiage 111, Santa Rosa till Saturday 30 March.
Are you close enough for a tricycle ride?
Thanks
Charles

Hi Charles,
Nope, its not a tricycle ride away. But a jeep to balibago complex and then another jeep inside the city proper and then get down in front of progressive village.
My family will be away mar 28 to 30.
My local number is 0917-865-9050
Deo

Hi Deo,
we are back in Australia now, it was a real shame that we were so close but didnt have the time for a visit.
Hopefully next time I visit (same place) we will be able to meet up.
Many thanks for your offer though.
Kind regards
Charles
