Depends if its bare dirt or dirt covered in grass.

Greenroofs work really well mostly from the green bit rather than the brown bit.

it would be bare dirt, probably covered in vege garden.

but probably bare dirt as i wosuld only be able to afford to buy out west / north west, so clay really. :P
