You never ever mix land animal matter with aquaculture (with the exception of composting worms)

There many examples of traditional farming where this is done. You might not want to but it is a practice used throughout the world.

hi stuart

all last 9months i was thinking about thr real relationship between fish and plants ,i think the fish are the winer from that relationship ,So the aquaponics is asystem for any body want to produce fish ,but we can use natural resorces to feed our plants without fish ,like cow manure juice with 6 to 7 Ph that it contains all the elements for plant. What do you think my freinds?

I think its a very interesting idea. If you diluted it and arrayed the help out of it it should work just fine.

yeah..... no... i wouldn't use "cow manure juice" to grow plants in a "closed" system like ap..
warm blooded poop can carry pathogens..
use the manure in your compost heap

What if you have no fish, just the "manure juice" along with high aeration, some compost to seed beneficial bacteria and molasses to sustain the compost bacteria. Regular doses for fresh compost and molasses, perhaps some fish waste to supplement nitrates. I think it's worth a try to see what happens.

Have to be careful of the pathogens though. Probably use small amounts of manure juice to start, doubt if you would need much more.
