 Well apart from the fresh no chemicals fish and vegies that you can eat from your backyard that have flavour and is of no harm to you or your kids. just the fact that you know what went into it and teaches you and your kids about the eco system of life.

Apposed to chemical fed fish and vegies that have been sprayed with pesticides and god knows what.
Has very little flavour and that cause god knows what modern day sickness to us :dontknow:

Yeah, I love avoiding those trips to the supermarket and just do a surprise chef from my own yard.

Ive got a very crappy lower back... raised beds are a dream to work with.

I live 400km from the nearest fishing spot.... I now can fish in my backyard.

My son never ate vegies before he got involved with our backyard system. Now he's waiting for them.

I like not having to weed my grow beds.

AP food tastes great!!!

Heheh, only the top three if you plan your system and time well, and take care of your fish and plants.

Will probably form the basis of a coleslaw, a bean salad and a salsa.
