This group is building AP/hydroponic greenhouses on TOP of grocery stores. Talk about 0 food miles!
They're using solar, wind, collecting rain water, vermicomposting, and of course, the aquaponics.

I've e-mailed, asking for a tour...

Sounds like a great Idea. Can't find any real photos on there site. Maybe they will give you a virtual tour. :D
