If one would to supply salad green to 200 people day in and out, in USDA zone 9b, with green/shade house. How big or how many grow beds would one need? Thanks I am thinking of DWC for most leafy green and media bed for others. May look into Koi as there's a big market for Koi in LA. There may be a demand for spinach, so may be a dedicated hydroponic for spinach? +1 The handful of people on here who can answer the question properly generally skip it because they've answered it many times before to many dreamers, who have watched Hallum's videos and think commercial is easy. Have a look through the masses of posts in the commercial part, heaps of people see the words aquaponics, and think it's a goldmine, and ask us to design their systems, waiting for their millions to roll in. |
