It is illegal anywhere they collect a tax for it, but the exception are the hobby
type people (at least here in the US). You can get a permit to make "Fuel" for your car, your quad, etc..... E85 is the rage here in the states. In Michigan where GM is Headquartered (and floundering) they are promoting E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gas) as the solution to importing foreign oil.

I dunno if you can burn Methyl in an engine... but then again I know a few blokes who drink their fuel... and they aren't blind yet :) Thinking they are drinking their ethyl, mixed with distilled water, and a touch of iodine .....

Yes JP, and may not be very well remembered.
I waiver between the thought:
1. That any and all AP growth is good in the long run.
2. Some sort of standard should be in place to avoid misguiding folks.
Not that I'm suggestiong anyone is misguiding.
