Great photos DRD..Did they use any other type of Biofilters, or just the gravels beds where the capsicum was growing??

Not sure about the size of the greenhouse. I did ask them the question in an email as I am looking at building something similar in size to the basil greenhouse they show. But they overlooked answering the question when they gave me permission to post these photos. It looked to be about 24 x 60 or there abouts.
The aquaponic greenhouse was not half the size of the other building~ a lean-to to the milk parlor where the fish are. That greenhouse had a sloping floor so the beds were tiered.

The growbeds were simply lined wood boxes. They did have a couple of barrels he was running water through as though they were being used for a biofilter. Again I would have liked to have examined their methodology a little closer than what was allowed. Perhaps next time...

I have never seen capsicums grow to such a height somewhere around 7 foot tall. They were tied to overhead support. Amazed that the floating raft plants in the sumps were supported the same way and were doing well.
