fishperson i truely envy you, its a realy nice area of the southwest.
I don`t know if that property is worth the 1.8mil in reality , but it would be nice to own

Hey Monya, don't be cheap the property you linked to is only 900,000.

So 90 AP members at under 10k each. And are you telling me they wouldn't have thier money back in a short while? Hey, if we get some american members in on the deal it would probably end up at 10k for them aswel, including the flight to move over here :D

The AUD/USD exchange rate is .785/1. I am curious what the reality is of migrating.... is employment good. Wages.... housing cost. Etc.

I like WA but is it too remote and not as many jobs?

depends on the job you want. There are HEAPS of house mechanic type jobs needed all over at the moment.

Actually I work in the Courts and I was a probation officer for ten years prior...so either law enforcement or court system, more than likely courts
