does anyone have yields for crops like lettuce,basil,kale,mustard greens and other leafy greens please? in terms of square feet to lbs ration.

Probably not for a AP system, But the information you want may be out there but something like it would be hard to find.

But if you know someone that does grow what you want, maybe they can tell you how much each weighs per plant at harvest time, which would be an average per/sf. Basil and some of the other leafy greens, on the other hand is a recurring cut crop, and the weight gets larger as you cut it, and it grows out again making more leaf than before each cut.

Also what is the spacing of the plants 12" o.c.e.w would yield 1 plant per/sf, while using 8" o.c.e.w will yield you 2.25 plants per/sf, and 6" o.c.e.w and the yield goes to 9 plants per/sf.

I'm also wondering about that information, I'd like to know what is the best spacing for lettuce type greens. Nice leafy greens you can harvest the leaves multiple times and cause regrowth.

I think you are talking about a completely different situation.

OP wanted to know the yields in a commercial system. But that depends on a lot of things ( water quality, system location, air condition, system type, crop type... ).

Spacing depends on you really. There is a minimum recommended spacing for example for lettuce, but you can use different spacings in different "age" of the plants. You can have higher density, but that requires much more labor.

Have a look through some of bright agrotech videos on youtube, I think he has a few that goes through those things.
