Hi, is it possible to search phrases here? I have many basic questions that have certainly been answered in these forums, but I can't seem to search with " " so I can't find things like "water quality test" or "catfish food" Am I missing something in the search function that makes this possible? Thanks in advance! |

Hiya mate, there's two search icon areas, the one top right and the one in the links beneath it. The one in the links is slightly more detailed to narrow the field down. But yes most questions have been answered in the past but wading through the results can be tedious. I did find this for you though. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=21099&p=445798&hilit=Pump+selection#p445798 |

some instructions for using the advanced search here... viewforum.php?f=4 (first topic in announcements) the advanced search (button in ribbon beside Logout..View Active Topics...Members... etc) allows you some good options such as returning only threads (not every post in a thread) and has some more advanced search and reporting options than the simple search. The advanced search isn't 100% what you asked "my search terms" but it comes close... not sure if there is any forced context searching capability. Also try using google...it can be pretty effective if you add backyard aquaponics into the search. The Google Advanced search can be found (completely illogically) under settings just below the microphone and search icon in the google page. |
