Beginner question.
I want to connect 2 medium culture beds, with bell syphonds installed, into a series of deep water beds with rafts. How do i control the drainage from the dw beds?
The bell syphon will allow flood and drain. I was going to attach a slow drainage at the bottom of the dw bed, with a wider emergency drainage nearer the top of the dw bed

Just use a standpipe in the DWC beds, then the water will always be as high as the standpipe. As more water enters, it will overflow the top of the standpipe and drain.

If the standpipe is removable it might make cleaning the DWC trough a bit easier :thumbright:
